Refund & Replacement Policy
Framed in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Medical Devices Rules, 2017
1. Eligibility
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
- For regulated medical devices, returns are only accepted if the seal is intact and the device is not used, except for defective units.
2. Non-Returnable Products
- Custom/OEM manufactured products.
- Sterile or consumable items once seal is broken.
- Products requiring temperature-controlled storage that have been mishandled.
3. Refund Process
- Email info@riverheadbiosciences.com with order details and proof of purchase.
- Returns must be shipped to our registered address at the buyer’s cost (unless product is defective or wrongly supplied).
- Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of inspection.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If the product is received damaged, defective, or non-compliant with the order, notify us within 48 hours for replacement or full refund.
